As a Data Assurance Test Engineer you will:
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to establish data quality criteria and offer guidance and training on best practices, tools and technologies for data quality
- Contribute to the successful execution of data-driven initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to architect and implement automated data quality tests, checks, and monitoring processes
- Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues, identifying underlying causes, and proposing effective solutions
- Support product teams in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate data transformation and integration processes
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Assurance
- Experience in designing or optimizing data architectures and pipelines
- Experience in monitoring data quality through the design and deployment of data testing at scale
- Good experience in Python & SQL
- Experience in design and implementation of data test automation – must have
- Experience in developing and enhancing test automation frameworks
Bonus points if you have:
- ETL experience
- Experience as a “Test Lead”
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Experience with PowerBI
Work Model:
- This is a Hybrid role, 2 days of home office / week, 3 in the office.
