Fullstack Engineer

As a Backend-Fullstack Engineer you will:

• Work in PHP using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database, and a React frontend.
• Collaborate with the project and product manager to understand requirements, suggest solutions, and translate them into functional code.
• Break down high-level features into tasks manageable by the product team.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to maintain appealing and intuitive interfaces.
• Develop and maintain features, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Build and uphold server-side features and APIs.
• Produce clean, well-documented, effective, maintainable, and testable code.
• Review and test code thoroughly for speed and health.
• Ensure compatibility across browsers and platforms.
• Debug technical issues promptly.
• Conduct code reviews and provide valuable feedback for code improvement.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure interface quality.
• Stay informed with the latest industry trends and tools, and apply them to improve the development process.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Possess at least 4+ years of development experience with Laravel.
• Are proficient with React and can independently manage new features.
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Have experience building SaaS applications.
• Are proactive and driven.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Have experience working remotely with distributed Dev teams.
• Have comprehensive knowledge and experience in full-stack development.

Bonus points if you:

• Have a great sense of humor!
• Possess DevOps experience, especially with AWS, EBCLI, Docker, Kubernetes, nginx, and various Linux distributions.
• Have direct experience with B2B Saas Applications.
• Have prior experience in the restaurant or food service sector.
• Are open to occasional evening and weekend work.
